HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE FITS MY CAR?

There are many wiper blade guides online such as Rainx, Anco, Trico. Click here to be direct to the RainX.

You can measure your old ones in inches to be sure you order the correct size.

The hook type wipers only fits a hook, please see the photo below.

The Golden Multi-Fit Wiper Blade is a premium version of the original blade that fits the hook and 99% of other vehicles on the road.

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AND IS IT SAFE?

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal

All payments are processed through Paypal Pro. We do not see any of your information, all we get is a notification from Paypal saying that they have received your payment.

Sales Tax

We do not charge tax on shipping, only provincial sales tax on additional products added to your cart.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship our orders same or next day. Shipping within Canada normally takes 1 – 10 days depending on the region.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers are typically updated after the order has been shipped. Please allow 1 – 3 days before the tracking number is sent to you.

 

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO MY COUNTRY?

We only ship to Canada as of the moment, USA site will be coming soon.

 

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

Your items are shipped via main logistics companies in Canada such as UPS, Purolator, Dicom, Canpar, Canada Post, ETC.

 

WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?

We are shipping your items from our warehouse in Montreal Quebec, Canada.

 

WHAT TIME ARE DELIVERIES USUALLY MADE?

Our products are usually delivered during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Our shipping companies tend to make several attempts before they ship it back to a local depot. A notice will be left at the door with the location of the item. However, some shipping companies may leave the package at the door depending on the location of the address.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, OR IMPORT TAXES?

No customs, duties or any extra fees. No sales tax on shipping, tax is applied only on additional items in your cart.

 

IF I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Please send us an email right away and we will change it. In the case that the item has already been shipped we can contact the shipping company to change the address. However, a small fee may be charged.

We do not ship to any where outside Canada

REFUNDS & RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Orders tend to ship very quickly, we can cancel the order if the item is not shipped, however our Paypal payment gateway charges a small refund fee.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AND EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?

Yes, providing you pay the shipping both ways. We do not accept returns on Free items as their is no charge to refund. In the case of ordering the wrong size wiper blade or wrong model that does not fit your vehicle, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. We are here to help and keep you a happy customer for a long time.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY ORDER?

If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us right away and we will be glad to help you with any requests needed.

DAMAGED ITEMS & ORDER ISSUES

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Please send a photo of the damaged item and we will ship you another one ASAP.

 

THE WRONG ITEM ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please send a photo of the wrong item received and we will ship you the correct one ASAP.

 

THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT MY CAR. WHAT DO I DO?

We clearly state that the Golden Original Wiper Blades only fit a hook type wiper blade. In the case that the Golden Multi-Fit wiper does not fit your car, please contact us and we will be glad to help you trouble shoot your problem or offer a full refund if it is our mistake.
